Lauren first interned with the Shmulevich Lab in 2015 and joined the team full-time in 2019. Lauren graduated from the University of Washington’s Allen School of Computer Science and Engineering with a BS in Computer Science.

Their current professional interests lie in the realm of ETL, data normalization and analysis. In their spare time, they enjoy experimenting with 3D printing, building DIY electronics and analyzing civic datasets.
